office Containers

An office container that is 20 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 8.5 feet high, commonly used for office or break room.  space.  Containers are fully customizable and built to order.

1.75” thick 4’ x 8’ insulated wall panels
(R-Value = 8), Ceiling Panels - 2.75” thick 4’ x 8’ insulated
ceiling panels (R-Value = 12), Power - 4 power receptacles,
2 overhead LED lights, 100-amp power panel with 4 15-amp
breakers, Stud Wall - 32” full-light steel exterior door
w/ deadbolt and knob, 12K BTU 115-volt Air Conditioner

  Wall Panels

1.75” thick 4’ x 8’ insulated wall panels (R-Value = 8)

- Panels mount to brackets. NO holes drilled in container

or any adhesive used.

- 1.5” double faced expanded polystyrene insulation 

- Tyvek plastic backing

- Primed and painted plywood sheeting for interior siding 

Ceiling Panels

2.75” thick 4’ x 8’ insulated ceiling panels (R-Value = 12)

- Panels mount to top of wall panels. NO holes drilled in container or any adhesive used.

- 2.5” double faced expanded polystyrene insulation 

- Tyvek plastic backing

- FRP plastic sheeting for interior siding

Power

- 4 power receptacles, 2 overhead LED lights

- 100-amp power panel with 4 15-amp breakers

- Exterior disconnect switch box

-220v power supply to be hard wired to switch box 

Stud wall

- Mounted just inside container door end to include:

- 32” full-light steel exterior door w/ deadbolt and knob

- 12K BTU 115-volt Air Conditioner w/ dehumidifier, remote, and drain hose to exterior
